Keep the Music Playing. Concerts are performed in the A. Smith Bowman Distillery, just outside of the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia Address: 1 Bowman Drive Fredericksburg, VA 22408. One hour south of Washington D.C. and 1 hour north of Richmond, unless otherwise noted.
Can I tour the distillery before the show?
Yes! Doors usually open at 5:00pm before the show and complimentary guided tours will be available. (For some shows, doors open at 6:00pm. Be sure to check the event listing for the show that you are interested in.) Typically, tours take 1/2 hour and begin at 5:15, 5:45, 6:15 and 6:45. No reservations are needed. But, please, let the distillery know if you have a group of 20 or more who would like to take a tour. We offer group discounts on ticket sales. For info, send an email to:

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes. However, each show has a pre-set number of seats available and it may vary show-to-show. Purchasing your tickets online in advance will ensure your admission. In addition, we offer discounted rates for online, “early bird” purchases. We also offer group discounts. For information about group discounts, send an email to:
info@musicandspirits.com.
Will I have an assigned seat?
No. Our concerts are general admission, with all seating done on a first come, first served basis. Reserved seats are NOT available, except for artists’ guests, VIPs and for those with special needs. Patrons with special needs should email
pioneer@asmithbowman.com or call 540-373-4555 in advance to make arrangements.
Do I need ID to enter the Event?
An ID is only required if you plan on purchasing alcohol from concessions when available. Because we offer all-ages events, we take checking ID’s very seriously. In compliance with VA laws anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID, no matter how old you think you may look. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the event.
Can I bring children to the concert?
Yes. Children are welcome at concert events. However, our seating is limited. EVERYONE must purchase a ticket.
How much do the concert tickets cost?
Concert tickets are priced per show.
Visit our events page, to see a list of currently scheduled shows and ticket prices.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled.

The concert hall at the distillery is handicapped accessible. The distillery can arrange to give a special tour to any ADA guests upon request. Send an email to
